Privacy Policy
PredictVIP (“PredictVIP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-assisted football prediction content at predictvip.com.

- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (GDPR Art. 4(1)).
- Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, automated or not (GDPR Art. 4(2)).
- Laws: Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 (“Kenya DPA”), GDPR/UK GDPR, and where applicable, California CCPA/CPRA.
- Account data (required): email and phone number (collected directly from you during registration or VIP modal).
- Subscription & payment metadata: plan type, amount, M-Pesa/Safaricom reference IDs, timestamps, status. We do not store card PAN or M-Pesa PIN.
- Technical/usage data: device info, IP address, user-agent, pages viewed, session events, approximate geolocation (derived from IP).
- Anti-abuse signals: rate-limit counters, failed attempts, CAPTCHAs/honeypot flags.
Sources: data you provide; automated logging; payment confirmations from M-Pesa; and service providers operating on our behalf.
- Contractual necessity: Create/manage your account, authenticate, deliver your subscription, process payments, and provide support.
- Legitimate interests: Secure the service (fraud detection, rate-limiting, device/IP controls), improve reliability, and measure service health — balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligations: Tax, accounting, AML/fraud prevention, and compliance requests.
- Consent (where required): Optional communications and non-essential cookies/analytics.
- Account creation, login (incl. passwordless flows), and subscription delivery.
- Payment processing and reconciliation with M-Pesa/Safaricom.
- Communications strictly necessary for service (verification, receipts, security alerts).
- Security operations: IP/device enforcement, anomaly detection, bot mitigation.
- Product operations and analytics (aggregate, non-identifying where feasible).
We may apply automated anti-abuse checks (e.g., rate-limit triggers, suspicious device/IP flags). These controls affect access to paid content but do not produce legal effects about you. You can request human review where applicable by contacting support@predictvip.com.
We share data only as necessary with:
- Payment infrastructure: Safaricom/M-Pesa for transaction processing and callbacks.
- Email/SMS providers: to send verification and service messages.
- Hosting & security vendors: cloud hosting, logging, DDoS protection, analytics (configured with privacy controls).
- Legal/Compliance: competent authorities when required by law or to enforce our rights.
Sub-processor register: We maintain a record of sub-processors and will update it upon material changes. For the current list, contact support@predictvip.com.
We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined under CPRA).
Where data moves outside your jurisdiction (e.g., to the EEA/UK/US/elsewhere), we rely on valid transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), UK IDTA/Addendum, and supplementary measures where appropriate, or adequacy decisions where available.
We retain account, subscription, and payment records for as long as needed to operate the service and to satisfy legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations. Where feasible we minimize and pseudonymize records over time. You may request deletion subject to these obligations.
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and hardened hosting environments.
- Least-privilege access, role-based controls, and administrative audit trails.
- Rate-limits, bot mitigation, and anomaly monitoring.
While we implement industry-aligned safeguards, no system is perfectly secure.
Subject to applicable law (Kenya DPA, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where relied upon.
- Receive data in a portable format (where technically feasible).
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (CPRA) — we do not sell/share for cross-context advertising.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., ODPC in Kenya, ICO in UK, your local EU DPA).

We primarily send service-critical messages (verification, receipts, security alerts). If we offer optional marketing, we will ask for your consent where required, and you may opt-out at any time.
In case of a personal data breach creating a likely risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, we will notify relevant authorities and affected users in line with applicable law and our internal incident procedures.
Our services are not directed to persons under 18. Do not register or provide personal data if you are under 18.
We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will update the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, provide prominent notice.

1) Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PredictVIP provides AI-assisted football prediction content. This is informational and not betting, financial, or investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3) Accounts & Access Control
- You must provide accurate email and phone number. Accounts are for a single natural person.
- We may limit concurrent sessions, device counts, or IPs to prevent credential sharing and abuse.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraud.
4) Subscriptions & Billing
- Access begins upon payment confirmation and lasts for the purchased period (e.g., 7 or 30 days).
- Prices, taxes, and plan details are disclosed at checkout and may change prospectively.
5) Acceptable Use
- No scraping, redistribution, automated harvesting, or resale of content.
- No circumvention of technical controls, CAPTCHAs, or rate-limits.
6) Availability & Changes
We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued to ensure quality, security, or compliance.
7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Service provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or performance.
- No guarantee of profit. You assume all risk related to any decisions based on our content.
- To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
8) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kenya, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
